Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
For a 100% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 14 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded..

Early arrivals and late departures will be based upon availability and may be subject to additional fees.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking. A valid credit card will be required upon booking. For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in. Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.
Сhildren are NOT permitted on the site. All cabins/rooms are suitable for adults (21+) only.
Pets are NOT allowed. You will be charged $500 cleaning fee if we find any pet trace in the cabin/room.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within hotel buildings themselves, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. You will be charged $150 cleaning fee if we find cigarette odor and/or butts in the cabin/room.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the cabin/room.
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated cabin/room(s) or to the Allora Properties LLC premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Stormking Hotel) during your stay. Allora Properties LLC reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Allora Properties LLC as a result of the aforesaid. Regardless, Allora Properties LLC further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice. Any items lost, stolen or damaged will also be charged to your credit card.
Registered guests, and all persons accompanying registered guests, hereby accept responsibility for their personal property and safety and irrevocably release and hold harmless Allora Properties LLC, its affiliates, associates, representatives, and rental property owners from any liability whatsoever arising from loss, damage, or personal injury of any severity due to theft or accident while on the premises or in the vicinity of rented lodging.
Venue and jurisdiction for any proceeding/dispute shall be in the Superior Court of Pierce County, Washington, USA. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be awarded its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, including post judgment, appeal and collection costs.
